Because all Stickaboo products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please make sure all customization details (such as name spelling, size, and design) are correct before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

Non-Returnable Items
All Stickaboo products are personalized and made-to-order, therefore:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

The item is damaged during shipping

The wrong item was sent
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
